PALs is a first-of-its-kind, all in one on-demand fulfillment experience. Grocery and retail shopping, laundry/dry cleaning pickup & drop off, restaurant & catering orders, professional organizing, package returns, and delivery of in-store pickups from online purchases are just some of the tasks we handle. Other big national on-demand delivery companies come with strings attached. They raise the prices of items you select through virtual marketplaces on their platforms. When PALs shops for you, we NEVER raise prices. Our customers always pay the actual retail amount, with no hidden fees, services charges, surcharges, or surge pricing.

PALs travels to multiple stores throughout the day, so if your item(s) are out of stock at the first store and available at another store, your Assistant will be able to procure them for you. Unlike the other on-demand delivery apps, PALs is not constrained by retail or brand partnerships. This means our Assistants can shop at any legally operating public retailer in town, and purchase almost any item including age-restricted items like spirits or tobacco products.

Your Assistants is a hand selected customer service professional. They are equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to complete your Assignment with speed and satisfaction. PALs believes in a high quality customer service experience every time without exception. The other on-demand delivery apps believe in volume over value, by providing low skilled, untrained gig workers to fulfil orders. Often times, they don’t communicate, do not follow directions, and are generally untrained. Your PAL is the opposite; a well-trained, consummate shopping expert.
