Terms and Conditions

By using PALs services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Deposit

  • When you place a booking with PALs, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25.

  • This deposit is required to confirm your booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your order, you will forfeit the $25 deposit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. In such cases, we will refund the deposit.

Age-Restricted Items:

  • We require proof of age (21 and above) upon delivery for age-restricted items such as spirits or tobacco products.

  • Adult signatures and valid IDs are mandatory for the delivery of age-restricted items.

Liability:

  • PALs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from using our services, including but not limited to lost or damaged items.

  • We strive to provide accurate and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee the availability of products or the accuracy of pricing information.

Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Multnomah County Circuit Court, 4th Judicial District. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA).

By using PALs services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
